Here at Mag, we have been serious about our meat for more then a half century. All our steaks are custom-aged in house to ensure tenderness and flavor. Each piece of meat is then hand cut daily by our own on premise meat cutter, Vern Vis.
Rib Eye... This piece of meat has the most marbling of all prime cuts making it the most flavorful!!
Top Sirloin...Large or Small No bones about it... this one is all meat
Filet Mignon... The Cadillac of steaks... Each piece of tenderloin is hand cut and wrapped in our thick cut smoke bacon

Roast Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus... We take the whole roll of prime rib of beef, tie it up tight to seal in the juices, season it with Mag seasoning, garlic, and cracked peppers then proceed by slow roasting it to perfection.
